Holliann R. Kim has eaten sushi in Tokyo, climbed all the steps of the Eiffel Tower, and kissed the Blarney Stone, but somehow still ended up living near her hometown in Maryland.
She has a B.A. in English from Gettysburg College and an M.Phil in Popular Literature from Trinity College Dublin (Ireland), concentrating her research on folklore and modern YA speculative fiction. In 2012, she survived Orson Scott Card’s Literary Boot Camp, and is a current member of the Codex Writers’ Group and a “Writing Ladies Who Brunch” group in Maryland. She also interned at Locus magazine under Charles N. Brown.
